Neetrix Remote Support

If you are using a Microsoft Windows PC, we can remotely control your computer if you are experiencing issues that are being caused from your computer. Sometimes our engineers will need to see what your computer is doing in order to diagnose the problem.

To allow the engineers access you will need to download the following tool. Simply download and run the application from within the zip file. There is nothing to install.
